These Terms & Conditions establish the legal agreement between Bawa Enterprises and all clients, visitors, and commercial buyers using our platform. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or utilizing our packaging manufacturing services, you agree to comply fully with these operational guidelines.
Our structured commercial terms are designed to guarantee smooth order processing, transparent transactions, and reliable manufacturing standards. Please ensure that you read and understand all listed conditions before initiating custom packaging orders or contractual agreements with us.
Custom Order & Artwork Approvals: All custom shrink label designs, sticker artworks, and print specifications must be officially approved in writing by the client before production begins. Bawa Enterprises is not responsible for spelling mistakes, color discrepancies, or layout errors present in artwork files approved by the customer once the printing process has commenced.
Pricing, Quotations & Payment Terms: All product prices, custom quotes, and delivery estimates provided by Bawa Enterprises are subject to raw material availability and market fluctuations. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment or official purchase order as outlined in our commercial quote agreement.
Manufacturing Tolerances & Yield Variances: Due to the technical nature of flexible film extrusion, slitting, and printing, standard industry yield tolerances apply. Bawa Enterprises reserves a standard +/- 10% manufacturing variance on finished order quantities, film gauges, and roll lengths, which will be adjusted accordingly on the final invoice balance.
Shipping, Delivery & Transit Risk: While we make every effort to meet agreed production deadlines, delivery dates provided are estimates and non-binding. Bawa Enterprises is not liable for transport delays caused by third-party logistics carriers, port disruptions, customs clearances, or unexpected severe weather conditions. Risk of product damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
Returns, Claims & Defect Reporting: Any claims regarding defective material, print flaws, or incorrect dimensions must be reported to our quality team within 7 days of order receipt. Defective products must be retained for inspection before any credit note, material replacement, or return authorization is granted by Bawa Enterprises.
